Aquasana China provides the absolute best warranties in the industry. Our product warranties cover any possible product or manufacturing defects: 3-year for our whole-house filter and 1-year for all other systems.

1-Year Product Replacement Warranty

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship in manufacturing for your Aquasana faucet, shower, and inline water filter systems. Filters must have been changed according to the recommended schedule or as necessary depending upon the local water quality. The warranty runs for 365 days from the purchase date. We will replace the defective part of the covered product and send it to you postage paid.

3-Year Product Replacement Warranty

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship in manufacturing for your Aquasana whole-house filter systems. Filters must have been installed by us or by an approved plumber and filters changed according to the recommended schedule or as necessary depending upon the local water quality. The warranty runs for 36 months from the purchase date. We will replace the defective part of the covered product and send it to you postage paid.
